The book End of days was about a research scientist named Professor Sheppard that was kidnapped and taken in a car to an airport where he was flown to a secret facility of where other scientists were working. As a shocked Professor as he doesn't know where he is and what he is supposed to do, he meets his old friend and a few other scientists that he wanted to meet in his life. After all the chit chat the scientists had, the people who was running the facility came in to explain the situation to the scientists and told each one of them their duties. Meanwhile while that was happening, there were two cops on duty while this was happening. They were searching for a
kid named Billy who lived in this apartment who was like the leader of all the kids and families there. Eventually they got Billy to go with them to this remote place where Billy was handed to a lady and was taken to an airplane where he was flown to another remote place and driven to a different facility that was covered by holographic mountains. The owner of the facility Joshua Fichett gave Billy further things to do in the facility, and Billy was told that he was boss of all the kids of the facility and he had to guide them. So back to where Professor Sheppard was, he was the commander of the facility when they took action to stop the asteroid heading towards Earth. His plan was to shoot rockets from 9 different locations so the asteroid would blow up for good. All
went good expect for 1 of the rockets didn’t launch and therefore messed up the plan a little. The asteroid did get blown up, but it was blown into smaller pieces that could still damage the Earth. Back to Billy and Joshua, So Joshua had this underground facility plan set up the whole time and while that was being taken into action he wanted to go meet up with Professor Sheppard for rocket fuel to supply Joshua. Sheppard did sign over the rocket fuel so they can take 5 spaceships into space for an even greater survival chance and at the same time, Joshua offered Sheppard and his guard a free trip to stay at the underground facility until the asteroids has passed. Eventually the facility that Sheppard was at was being breached by people and there only way of survival
was to take Joshua’s offer and to go to the underground facility to live past this asteroid. So they took a chopper to a jet where it was taken to a remote area and they drove to Joshua’s facility where they were prepared for the impact. Sheppard decided to tag along with Billy as they go space and the rockets were about to lift off. All the rockets were successfully in space and were watching the beginning of the end of the Earth.
